    This a shotgun only club.

    No shot larger than

    lead # 7 1/2, or Steel #6

    TARGET LOADS ONLY

We are a small club with great people. We believe in safe shotgun handling and enjoy the opportunities the club offers allowing us to teach others.  It is through a dedicated membership and support from the Friends of NRA that we make this experience an educational one to our youth and new shooters. By understanding gun safety, many doors are opened and what better place to learn than with the great people that make up the Tulare County Trap Club.
We host 4H shooting practice and several youth trap shooting groups. Some of our kids have qualified to compete on a national level. We have hosted Boy Scout shooting events, church groups and private shoot for various organizations. From time to time we have offered hunter safety classes to those who need to take the course.
Our registered shoots bring visitors from throughout the state, at each shoot, we receive many compliments on the grounds and the people involved in the weekend’s events.
These are all areas where we have the opportunity to grow enthusiasm in the shotgun sports. All because of the continued practice and experience on the line and watching the competent gun handling practices of others.
